Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your wholesale or mail order for whatever reason, we will be happy to refund the purchase price. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the purchase date. If for any reason you need to ask a question about a refund or discuss an issue with an order, please call 573-874-2852, option #1 (Wholesale and Mail Order Department). We may ask that you return the product to inspect the product or item. This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Policy:
We normally ship same day if the order is placed prior to 12 pm (NOON Central Time), but almost always within 24 business hours. We normally use USPS or UPS depending on which shipping carrier is deemed more appropriate for that order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our building.
Shipping and Handling:
We are able to keep our shipping costs very low because we can fit 1-5 pounds of coffee in the same size box generally, but it still costs us the same shipping price since USPS charges by the size of the box for Flat Rate.
1-5 pounds of coffee is a Flat Rate of $5 in shipping cost*
6-10 pounds of coffee is a Flat Rate of $10 in shipping cost*
Any order over 10 pounds is a Flat Rate of $15 in shipping cost*
*Not good for coffee of the month club purchases or merchandise orders. Due to the larger boxes that may be needed for coffee makers or grinders for example, your shipping cost may be slightly higher since we cannot use USPS flat rate which reduces our shipping costs in the first place.
Any order shipped to a Missouri address will be charged Missouri Sales tax, for all other orders sales tax will not be collected.
