Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is soft and fruity in the cup and is one of the best choices for iced coffee. We brew 4 to 5 containers of Ethiopian each day using the Toddy Cold Brew System. This is the best way we’ve found to brew iced coffee, just add milk and voilá!
