This bourbon coffee is sourced from a collective of family owned farms. Grown between 1500 – 2000 meters in volcanic, sandy loam soil. It is then fully washed and dried in raised beds.
Features a buttery smoothness with notes of apple, molasses, and Chai spices and a lovely chocolate finish. The quality of this coffee is recognized world-wide, consistently placing as one of the best in the Cup of Excellence annual auction.
